Thanks to the project "She Sails - Empowering Women to Sail", we had the opportunity to meet and talk to female sailors from different countries, to discuss the role of women in sports with industry professionals, and most importantly - to inspire ourselves and inspire other women to go sailing!

How was this idea born and what did it grow into? Take a look in the short film of our project!

Thanks to everyone who inspired!

Vija: Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the #SheSails project, I really enjoyed it! The season was very active - the start was slow and difficult until I learned all the sailing terminology, but every time I got on board with more and more confidence. Thanks to the girls for these wonderful evenings on the water, and the possibility to vent my head and relax. Thanks to the captains for the new knowledge. The main goal was to find out if I like it, and yes, I can confirm that I really do, and I will continue my sailing training next year!
